These SMS Terms of Service govern the text messaging program operated by Costa Mesa Jiu Jitsu. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service.
SMS Program Description
Costa Mesa Jiu Jitsu provides Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, martial arts, fitness, and related training programs for adults and children in Costa Mesa, California.
By opting in to our SMS messaging program, you agree to receive recurring informational, transactional, and promotional text messages from Costa Mesa Jiu Jitsu. Messages may include class reminders, schedule changes, appointment or trial-class follow-ups, membership information, gym announcements, event information, special offers, and other updates related to our programs and services.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency and Charges
You will receive recurring messages. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Costa Mesa Jiu Jitsu and the programs or services in which you participate.
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to messages sent from you to us. Costa Mesa Jiu Jitsu does not charge you for participating in the SMS program, but your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply.
If you have questions about your text messaging or data plan, contact your wireless service provider.
Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to 949-556-1178 or reply STOP to any text message you receive from Costa Mesa Jiu Jitsu.
After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To join the SMS program again, sign up through one of our forms or other approved opt-in methods as you did initially, and we will begin sending SMS messages to you again.
